We had worked with Marisol before and always read her as classic and conservative. She flipped the script completely with her wedding.

Orchestrated by planner Carlos Guillermo, the room blended tech and art: a four-metre LED screen, vintage lighting touches and a mix of lasers and beams. Luis was on our wavelength from the first conversation — he even brought in a close friend for a special hour-long set.

The crowd came from festivals and tech house, so we opened with tech house and disco groove, held the early night on Latin rhythms and pop, and let it climb into techno. Marisol asked us to keep the balance: a party, not a rave. At one point they both jumped on stage with us for twenty minutes while uncles, friends and parents danced along.
