Terms of use
Last revised on August 18, 2026
These terms cover this website — what you can do with what's on it, and what a quote request does and doesn't mean. They are not the contract for an event; that one is signed separately.
1. Using this site
You're welcome to read, share and link to anything here. What you can't do is copy the photography, video, case studies or written content for commercial use without asking us first. Most of the images on this site are of real events and real people, shot by photographers we work with, and the rights aren't always ours alone to give away — which is exactly why we'd rather you asked. Write to hola@vbmusic.wtf; the answer is usually yes.
2. A quote request is not a booking
Sending the form on the contact page starts a conversation. It doesn't reserve a date, doesn't lock a price and doesn't commit either side to anything. A date is only held once we've agreed the scope in writing and the terms of that specific event are signed. Until then, someone else can book the date you asked about — so if yours is close, tell us and we'll move faster.
3. What's on the site
We keep this site accurate, but event production is a moving target: line-ups change, venues change, and what a service includes depends on the event. Prices, availability and the detail of any service are confirmed in your quote, not here. If something on this page and something in your quote disagree, your quote wins.
4. Links out
This site links to Instagram, WhatsApp, YouTube, press articles and the sites of people we've worked with. We don't run those and we're not responsible for what they do with your data or what they publish. Once you click through, you're on their terms, not ours.
5. The Journal
Subscribing to the Journal means we email you when we publish something. We don't send advertising on behalf of other companies, and we don't pass your address on. Every one of those emails carries a one-click unsubscribe, and it works immediately.
6. Responsibility and applicable law
We offer this website as it is. We can't promise it will never be down or never contain an error, and we're not liable for losses arising from using it — though if something here is wrong, tell us and we'll fix it. This site is operated by vbmusic, from Moliere 68, Polanco, Mexico City, and these terms are governed by Mexican law. None of this removes the rights that consumer protection law gives you where you live: wherever you're reading from, the protections your own country grants you as a consumer stand regardless of what this page says.
7. Changes
If we change these terms we'll update this page and the date at the top. Continuing to use the site after that means the new version applies.
